Service questions
What's the difference between a transfer and an hourly booking?
A transfer is one ride from pickup to drop-off. An hourly booking keeps the same car and chauffeur with you for a set block of time, with every stop included. For plans with two or more stops, hourly usually works out better.
How far in advance should I book?
Airport and corporate rides can often be booked a day ahead. For weddings, proms, and quinceañeras, book several weeks ahead, since Sprinters and SUVs fill first on weekends.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the passenger's name and phone number when you book, and we'll send the chauffeur's details to them.
Do you serve Orange County?
Yes. We regularly drive to and from John Wayne Airport (SNA), Anaheim, Irvine, and Newport Beach.
