(aka 1st Choice Towncar)'s service number you agree to receive transactional or informational messages (for example DocuSign Signature, deadline reminders, products and services updates) from Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP and we will respond with instructions and details like email address, phone number to use for assistance. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".


You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, including the terms related to data collection, communication, and security below. Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar) reserves the right to change the number where messages are sent. Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar) is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by us. Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar) will not be liable for any damage, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to, delays, non-delivery, or technical issues. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk, and we provide our services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.


Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar) is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, it is also your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your account information and any passwords associated with your use of our services. You agree to notify Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar) immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Global Private Car Service Inc. (aka 1st Choice Towncar) will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or personal information adequately. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no data transmission over the Internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, you use our services at your own risk.


Airport Pick-Ups

LAX Domestic Arrivals: Pick-ups from LAX are curbside for domestic arrivals. If you choose the Meet and Greet service at LAX, an additional fee of $30.00 plus applicable taxes will be charged.


LAX International Arrivals: We will check and track your flight arriving at LAX to determine whether you are arriving on schedule, delayed, or early, and we will ensure our driver is at LAX waiting and ready to pick you up whenever you are ready. The grace period for international arrivals wait time is set at 1.5 hours. After the initial 1.5 hours, an additional fee will apply, charged in accordance with our standard hourly rates for each vehicle type.


To ensure exceptionally professional and guaranteed service, as well as driver availability at the time of your arrival, it is essential that your reservation is made using your scheduled arrival and landing time — not an estimated or assumed customs clearing time. Since we cannot foresee how quickly you will clear US Customs and be ready for pick-up, timing will depend on how busy US Customs, the Homeland Security Office, and the TSA are. In the best case scenario it takes at least 30 minutes to 1 hour; on average, between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours. It can take considerably longer depending on which country you are traveling from and the nationality reflected in your travel documents. Our driver will be at LAX upon your scheduled arrival time and will wait until you have cleared US Customs, collected your luggage, and are ready to be picked up.


Our Meet and Greet Service is an additional $30.00 plus applicable taxes. Please note that upon arrival at LAX, if you cannot maintain contact with our driver, our driver must meet you inside the terminal — in which case Meet and Greet becomes mandatory. None of our drivers can make international calls or use third-party smartphone applications that rely on internet or Wi-Fi to communicate, as we cannot rely on a strong and steady network connection to reach you in a timely manner.


Other Airport Pick-Ups: We offer pick-ups from all major airports in the Los Angeles area, including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Long Beach Airport (LGB), Bob Hope Airport (BUR), Van Nuys Airport (VNY), and John Wayne Airport (SNA).


Private Aviation

We offer pick-ups from and drop-offs at any private aviation facility. For pick-ups, a mandatory Meet and Greet Service fee of $30.00 plus applicable taxes will apply. A one-hour grace period is allowed for wait time at private airports; after this initial hour, any additional waiting time will incur charges according to our standard hourly rates for the relevant vehicle category.


For drop-offs, the driver will wait at the private aviation lobby until the plane has taken off and is in the air. Once the wheels are up, the driver will leave the premises. This ensures that passengers are safely on their way before our service concludes.


Hourly Service and Wait Time

The hourly standard rates apply exclusively to trips within a 25-mile radius in LA County. Any travel outside of this 25-mile radius will result in additional charges and extra mileage fees according to our standard rates for the specific vehicle category.


Quick extra stops are permitted when they fall within a 5-mile radius of the original primary pick-up location and are along the route to the next main drop-off point, with a maximum wait time of 15 minutes. Each qualifying stop incurs a fee of $35.00 plus applicable taxes. If an extra stop exceeds these parameters — either by being outside the 5-mile radius or requiring more than 15 minutes — supplementary fees will apply, including our standard hourly rates and additional mileage costs for the relevant vehicle category. Any stop less than 1 mile from either your pick-up or drop-off location will incur no additional charge. Any wait time of less than 10 minutes will also incur no additional charge.


Tours and Sightseeing

If requested, for a Hollywood Tour, our standard hourly service and wait time rate for the Luxury Sedan and Luxury SUV will take effect upon arrival in Hollywood. Additional destination fees may apply depending on your pick-up and final drop-off location. The tour covers the Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Hills, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, Dolby (Kodak) Theater, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Westwood, and surrounding luxury neighborhoods. As long as you remain within those areas, no additional charges will be applied to your reservation. The same policy applies for other sightseeing destinations such as beaches, studios, etc.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date will not be subject to any cancellation fees or penalties, and the reservation will be canceled without restriction. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be considered short-notice, late, and/or last-minute cancellations and are subject to a full-service charge without exception.


Gratuity

We have no set amount, percentage, mandatory minimum, or obligation for gratuity. Our drivers strive to earn their tip. It is entirely at your own discretion whether and how much you would like to tip. Clients typically tip somewhere between 18% and 20% or more.


Detailing and Cleaning Fee

For any pick-up or drop-off — including from hotels, bars, lounges, concerts, clubs, private parties, or any other venue at any time of day — if any passenger, pet, service animal, or other party damages the interior of the vehicle or renders it inoperable, requiring it to be taken out of the fleet for two or more days for repairs, cleaning, and detailing, a mandatory non-refundable charge of a minimum of $495.00 will be applied to the credit card provided during the reservation process. This fee accounts for inconvenience to the next passenger, lost working time for the driver, and any rescheduling or reassignment of drivers required to ensure all passengers continue to be serviced professionally and on time.


Pets and Service Animals

If a service animal is small and remains in a travel crate at all times that fits in the back seat, there will be no additional charge. If the service animal needs to be outside of the crate, an additional $50.00 fee will automatically be added to your reservation for detailing and cleaning purposes. Large service animals must always remain in a travel crate, the reservation must be booked for an SUV, and the crate must be placed in the trunk without exception. If the crate must be placed on a seat or the animal needs to be outside the crate, a mandatory $50.00 fee will be charged for the service animal, plus an additional $50.00 cleaning and detailing fee for the SUV.



Please note that you are solely and entirely responsible for the safety and well-being of the animal at all times. The animal must remain under control, must not reach beyond the back seat or move toward the driver, and must not interfere with or jeopardize the driver's ability to operate the vehicle safely. If pick-up of the animal from an airline cargo location is required, our standard quick stop and hourly service/wait time charges will be automatically added to your reservation's final total.
