With all the Hollywood A-Listers and hordes of Angelenos jumping on the Clippers bandwagon, it’ll be fun watching all the new “fans” wonder what they’re actually watching when they get to the Staples Center.

“Who’s that?” they’ll say. “Is he a coach or something?”

The bolder ones might even talk salary to make it seem like they actually know what they’re talking about.

“I want to give him a million dollars for being so darn great,” they’ll whisper to each other, careful not to let anyone like that Clipper Darrell guy overhear.

“Wait, I thought we were purple.”
